Detail oriented shipping/receiving person to handle all incoming and outgoing Product.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, and have experience with Fed EX, DHL,UPS Worldship and other carriers.
• Experience with Import/Export standards and compliance is helpful.
• Minimum 2 years shipping/receiving experience required.
Must have excellent customer service, professional phone manner and a great attitude.
Must possess outstanding attention to detail and organization skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Duties include:
- Answering multi-line phones
- Provide excellent customer service
- Data entry
- Projects as assigned
- Assist with general office duties (filing, etc)
